Corporate Sponsored Symposium and Snacks (1 Available) – Wednesday, March 18

This specially designated break time fits within the schedule for Committee Members, AAPOS leaders, and event attendees. The sponsorship fee includes access to lead retrieval; basic audio/visual set-up; and two (2) promotional e-blasts marketing the symposium to the AAPOS membership prior to the meeting (February and March 2026). Food and beverage costs are in addition to the sponsorship fee and are the responsibility of the sponsoring company, to be invoiced following the close of the meeting. AAPOS staff will work with the sponsoring company to make catering selections. Continuing Medical Education (CME) units will not be provided for this symposium.
