Welcome to the 51st AAPOS Annual Meeting 2026 Exhibitor Resource Center<\/h1>\n

This will serve as your access point for all things related to this year’s conference. To get started, enter the user name and password you received in the welcome email. If you are in need of your login information, or have questions about logging in, please contact  info@aapos.org.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Select your package of choice. <\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>: Select your exhibitor booth or table on our live floorplan. <\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Select any additional sponsorship opportunities or exhibitor pass. <\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>: Register for the conference. *The registration information entered must belong to the primary booth  or table contact*<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Review your cart. <\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> Checkout <\/p>\n

 Step 7:<\/strong> Register your booth staff. *Each booth\/ tabletop is allowed additonal exhibitor booth ONLY passes, depending on your exhibitor type.<\/strong> These individuals will have access to the Exhibit Hall ONLY.<\/strong> All Exhibit Only attendees MUST<\/strong><\/em> be registered in advance <\/strong>via this portal.<\/p>\n
